At your table, something to think about is focus firing your players.
First in combat (most of your monsters are smart enough for one to shout to another “kill the healer!”).
And then in terms of roleplay, pick one or two players to really focus on highlighting throughout the session.
Ideally, you’d be able to make every player feel ultimately special each and every session, but that’s often not practical.
So focus your fire!
